Owns all roads, roadway signage, sidewalks, medians, Central Park, irrigation systems and ponds, except property owned specifically by and HOA, golf course or Marketplace.

General oversight for the lakes/ponds, streets, street signage, sidewalks, drainage, woodland preserves, irrigation, common areas, dog park, Central Park, land under high tension power lines, and the Heritage Harbour Monument.

Gate systems (where applicable), community common areas and amenities. Enforces community rules and regulations related to parking, property maintenance and other regulations.
