The Heritage Harbour North Community Development

District is a local unit of special-purpose government

established pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes for

the purpose of providing, operating, and maintaining

infrastructure improvements, facilities, and services to the

lands within the District.

General oversight for the lakes/ponds, streets, street signage, sidewalks, drainage, woodland preserves, irrigation, common areas, dog park, Central Park, land under high tension power lines, and the Heritage Harbour Monument.

Gate systems (where applicable), community common areas and amenities. Enforces community rules and regulations related to  parking, property maintenance and other regulations.
